David Young Killed in Motorcycle Accident on Florida Avenue [Hemet, CA]

David Young Dies in Motorcycle Crash on Florida Avenue at Girard Street

 
HEMET, CA (June 21, 2021) — David Young died in a motorcycle accident on Florida Avenue at Girard Street Friday morning.
 
According to the Hemet Police Department, the accident happened around 6:23 a.m. For unknown reasons, 37-year-old Young failed to stop at a red traffic light. As a result, his eastbound motorcycle drove through the intersection at about 75 miles per hour and struck a white southbound Chevrolet Cruze on Girard Street.
 
Due to the impact, Young was hurled onto the street and died shortly after. The 26-year-old Hemet woman driving the Chevy survived the crash, reports stated.
 
At this time, the Hemet police department has not released information on the cause of the crash. However, if anyone has more information on this accident, please contact the Hemet police.
