SAN DIEGO, CA (November 3, 2021, 2021) – At least four people suffered injuries in a fiery car accident in the 5400 block of El Cajon Boulevard on November 1.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near 54th Street at approximately 12:45 AM.
 
Based on an initial report, a BMW was traveling westbound on El Cajon at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, the car lost control, struck several signs, went through bushes in the median, and then slammed into a pole. Subsequently, it burst into flames, prompting several witnesses to jump into action and pull occupants from the wreckage.
 
As a result, they were able to rescue four victims from the burning car. Immediately, paramedics transported them to the hospital with unknown injuries.
 
At this point, the San Diego Police Department is investigating the incident. Also, no other details are available.
