Morning Rollover Accident on 10 Freeway in Desert Center Injures 3

 
DESERT CENTER, CA (June 21, 2022) – Three people were injured in a rollover accident on 10 Freeway just east of Desert Center Saturday morning on June 18.
 
The accident happened around 9:00 a.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway. According to the Riverside County Fire Department, a vehicle had overturned on the freeway for unknown reasons.
 
When officers arrived, they found two people suffering from serious injuries. They requested an air ambulance to take the patients to a hospital.
 
A ground ambulance transported a third person to a hospital with minor injuries.
 
At this time, the California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident. It is unclear if drugs or alcohol was a factor.
