1 Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on Base Line Road in Elverta
ELVERTA, CA (June 19, 2024) — One person died in a 2-car accident on Base Line Road near Brewer Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-car crash happened around 12:54 p.m. Monday. For unknown reasons, a red Nissan Rogue and a white SUV crashed. Subsequently, the impact caused one of the vehicles to overturn and scatter its debris across the roadway.
Soon after, Cal Fire Placer County responded and airlifted at least one person to a hospital with major injuries. One person passed away at the scene. However, authorities did not identify the individual.
