Keith Moore Dies in Bicycle Crash on 7th Street near Bellflower Boulevard
LONG BEACH, CA (June 17, 2024) — Keith Moore died in a bicycle accident on 7th Street near Bellflower Boulevard.
According to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s Office, 42-year-old Moore passed away in the Friday crash. Under unclear circumstances, an eastbound driver struck Moore in the No. 3 lane of 7th Street. Subsequently, Long Beach Police responded to find the unconscious bicyclist on the south sidewalk. Due to his injuries, he passed away at the scene.
As for the driver, he or she stayed at the scene and cooperated with police investigators. Neither alcohol, speed nor distracted driving factored into the accident.
