Pedestrian Injured in Crash on Figueroa Street in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (June 12, 2024) — A man was injured in a pedestrian accident on Figueroa Street near Florence Avenue.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the pedestrian accident happened around 2:50 a.m. Tuesday. Under unclear circumstances, at least one car struck a male pedestrian on Figueroa Street north of Florence Avenue. Subsequently, the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived and found the unconscious man down in the road. Due to his condition, paramedics transported him to a hospital.
 
Information surrounding the driver involved was unavailable. However, witnesses told police they saw two black vehicles leave the scene. If anyone could help traffic investigators with this crash, please call the LAPD.
