Hit-and-Run Accident on Sepulveda Boulevard in North Hills Kills Bicyclist
NORTH HILLS, CA (March 7, 2021) – A bicyclist died early Saturday morning after a hit-and-run accident on Sepulveda Boulevard in North Hills.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the accident happened around 4:20 a.m., March 6, at Roscoe Boulevard.
The 38-year-old bicyclist was riding southbound inside of the crosswalk when a dark-colored car struck him. The involved driver sped away after the crash, police said.
First responders provided medical aid on the unidentified victim, but he died at the scene.
Investigators believe the suspect vehicle was a four-door Toyota Camry, model year 2007 to 2011.
Police are still on the lookout for the suspect. They offer a $50,000 reward for anyone with information about this fatal crash.
