Man Dies in Pauma Valley Motorcycle Accident on Highway 76
PAUMA VALLEY, CA (March 1, 2021) — A man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Highway 76 near Harolds Road Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal accident occurred around 3:30 p.m. For unknown reasons, the 66-year-old veered to the left and left the roadway. Subsequently, his westbound 2018 Harley-Davidson struck a tree near Harolds Road.
Shortly after, the La Jolla Fire Department and other officials responded to provide aid to the victim. However, he died shortly after, despite having received life-saving measures.
