Timothy Wallace Killed, Sherry Duden Involved in Motorcycle Crash at Sylvan Avenue and Wood Sorrel Drive
MODESTO, CA (March 8, 2021) — Timothy Wallace died in a motorcycle accident at Sylvan Avenue and Wood Sorrel Drive Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, the fatal crash happened around 2:00 p.m. near the Hudson Station Post Office.
Under circumstances that require more investigation, 62-year-old Wallace crashed his eastbound motorcycle into a 2004 Saturn sedan.
In the investigation, officers learned that 39-year-old Sherry Duden tried pulling out from a stop sign. However, as she tried making a left turn onto Sylvan Avenue, her Saturn collided with Wallace’s motorcycle.
Following the crash, paramedics responded but pronounced Wallace dead at the scene. Meanwhile, Duden stayed on-site, unharmed, and cooperated with police investigators.
