Jonathan Quezada Killed in Car Accident on Monte Vista Road [Victorville, CA]

Adelanto Man Dies after Crashing into Barricades and City Truck in Victorville

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (July 5, 2021) – Jonathan Quezada was killed in a car accident in Victorville late Saturday evening, July 3.
 
The accident happened around 11:28 p.m. on Monte Vista Road near La Mesa Road. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the 30-year-old Adelanto man was driving a 2012 Ford sedan northbound when he failed to stop for the road closure. He then drove through barricades and collided into a city truck.
 
Victorville City Fire Department personnel attempted life-saving measures on Quezada, but he died at the scene.
 
It is unknown at this time if speed, drugs or alcohol was a factor. The crash remains under investigation.
