3 Hurt after Two-Vehicle Accident on West Burbank Boulevard near Reseda Boulevard in Tarzana
TARZANA, CA (July 20, 2021) – A Los Angeles Police Department officer and two other people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle accident on West Burbank Boulevard, Thursday morning.
According to LAPD, the incident happened on July 15, at about 9:30 a.m. For reasons still under investigation, two vehicles collided in the 18500 block of West Burbank Boulevard. It is unknown whether the crash involved a pursuit or any arrests.
Emergency crews transported one LAPD motorcycle officer and two civilians to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities did not release the names of the victims.
LAPD continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
