Motorcyclist Dies in Police Chase Crash at Valley Boulevard
FONTANA, CA (July 20, 2021) — A motorcyclist was killed in a police chase accident at Valley Boulevard and Palmetto Avenue Sunday night.
According to authorities, the event first happened around 9:40 p.m. Upon seeing multiple motorcyclists racing in the area, an officer tried pulling over two riders. However, the pair fled from the cop and led the officer on a chase. Unfortunately, one rider crashed into a car and was ejected from the impact.
As a result, the rider died in the collision. Meanwhile, paramedics responded and transported the occupants of the vehicle to a hospital for treatment.
At this time, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the case. Although, anyone with information should contact the authorities.
