One Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident on Highway 152 at Volta Road [Los Banos, CA]

Morning Two-Vehicle Accident on Highway 152 in Los Banos Ends in Fatality

 
LOS BANOS, CA (August 15, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 152 in Los Banos Saturday morning.
 
The accident happened around 7:12 a.m. on August 14, at the intersection with Volta Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white pickup truck and a gray sedan collided for unknown reasons.
 
CHP officials responded to the scene and found at least one fatality as a result of the accident. They did not release the identity of the victim pending confirmation and next of kin notification.
 
It is unclear if there are other injuries sustained in the crash.
 
The cause and factors involved in this accident remain under investigation.
