Woman Dies in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash near Noble Avenue
VISALIA, CA (August 16, 2021) — A woman died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident near Noble Avenue and Dollner Street Thursday morning.
According to reports, the crash occurred before 2:30 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck the female pedestrian and left the scene, leaving her with severe injuries. Soon after, officers responded and declared her dead on arrival.
