Luis Lopez Dies in Pedestrian Crash on 10 Freeway near Monte Vista Avenue

 
MONTCLAIR, CA (October 19, 2021) — Luis Lopez died in a pedestrian accident on the 10 Freeway near Monte Vista Avenue Sunday morning.
 
According to a coroner’s press release, the fatal crash occurred around 4:35 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, 35-year-old Lopez was hit by a vehicle on the westbound side of the 10 Freeway. Soon after, paramedics arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead at 4:35 a.m.
 
At this time, authorities have no information on the details of the crash. However, anyone with more news on this deadly pedestrian accident should contact the California Highway Patrol.
