Man Struck, Killed by Train at Olive Avenue in Turlock
TURLOCK, CA (October 19, 2021) — The man hit and killed by a train at Olive Avenue and 1st Street has authorities seeking for the details and cause.
According to authorities, the incident occurred around 2:37 a.m. For unknown reasons, a northbound train struck the victim who had been wearing black at the time while standing on the tracks.
Soon after, first responders arrived and pronounced the 41-year-old male victim dead.
At this time, Turlock police have no explanation for the accident. Although, anyone with information on this case should call Officer Cherish Hood at (209) 668-6529.
