Rollover Accident on San Francisquito Canyon Road in Green Valley Sends One Person to Hospital

 
GREEN VALLEY, CA (October 30, 2021) – One person suffered critical injuries in a rollover accident on San Francisquito Canyon Road in the Green Valley area of Santa Clarita Friday night.
 
The accident happened around 6:30 p.m. on October 29, at Spunky Canyon Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver Honda SUV took a turn too fast and overturned, sending one person out of the vehicle and onto the ground.
 
Fire crews airlifted the patient to a trauma center with head trauma and in critical condition.
 
At this time, it is unclear if the victim was a passenger or the driver of the SUV. It is also unknown if drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
 
An investigation into this accident is ongoing.
