Two-Vehicle Accident on Avenue 7 in Firebaugh Ends in Fatality
FIREBAUGH, CA (October 29, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Avenue 7 in Firebaugh Thursday evening.
The fatal accident happened around 7:12 p.m. on October 28, at Avenue 7 ½. According to the California Highway Patrol, a red Hyundai and a Ford Mustang collided for unknown reasons.
When officers arrived, they located the driver of the Mustang suffering from a broken leg. They also confirmed at least one fatality as a result of the accident.
The coroner’s office will release the identity of the deceased once next of kin are notified.
At this time, the cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
