Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash near Bandon Way
SACRAMENTO, CA (November 1, 2021) — A woman died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident near Bandon Way and San Juan Road early Saturday.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, the fatal hit-and-run crash happened around 1:00 a.m. Under unknown road conditions, a driver struck a woman, causing her severe injuries.
Soon after, the Sacramento Police Department responded to find the woman lying in the road and the driver unaccounted for. Despite efforts to save her, the woman succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
