Woman Dies in Pedestrian Accident at Bosworth Street and Diamond Street [San Francisco, CA]

Woman Killed in Pedestrian Crash at Bosworth Street in San Francisco

 
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (August 19, 2024) — A woman died in a pedestrian accident at Bosworth Street and Diamond Street.
 
According to the San Francisco Police Department, the fatal pedestrian accident happened in the Glen Park neighborhood of San Francisco. For unknown reasons, a driver struck a woman around 2:50 p.m. Thursday. Subsequently, San Francisco police responded to the scene to find the woman suffering from severe injuries. However, she passed away at the scene.
 
Authorities did not release her name at this time.
 
Albeit distraught and in tears, the male driver of the car stayed and cooperated with the police investigator. Police did not suspect impairment to have factored into the crash. However, the SFPD Traffic Collision Investigations Unit is looking further into this accident.
