THERMALITO, CA (September 6, 2024) — A man suffered major injuries in a pedestrian accident at Grand Avenue and 18th Street.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian crash happened around 6:30 p.m. Monday. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck a male pedestrian in Butte County. Subsequently, CHP officers responded to the scene near Oroville to attend to the crash and learn that a sedan driver struck the victim.
