Bethany Garcia Dies in Rollover Accident on 15 Freeway [Baker, CA]

Bethany Garcia Killed in Rollover Crash on 15 Freeway near Highway 127

 
BAKER, CA (October 29, 2024) — Bethany Garcia died in a rollover accident on the 15 Freeway near Highway 127.
 
The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified the Henderson, Nev., woman who died in the single-car crash as 21-year-old Garcia.
 
For an unknown reason, she allowed a 2016 Toyota Scion to leave the northbound lanes of the 15 Freeway on October 26. Subsequently, the car crossed over the shoulder, rolled down a dirt embankment and veered out of control before landing on its wheels in an open desert. At some point during the rollover, she was ejected from the car.
 
Subsequently, California Highway Patrol and paramedics responded around 1:40 a.m. Upon dispatch, they found Garcia with fatal injuries and her 21-year-old male passenger from Las Vegas with minor injuries.
