Fernando Zambrano Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident on West Sherman Way [Reseda, CA]

Two Vehicles Collide on West Sherman Way in Reseda Killing 19-Year-Old Man

 
RESEDA, CA (November 10, 2024) – Fernando Zambrano was killed in a two-vehicle accident in Reseda Thursday morning on November 7.
 
The fatal accident happened around 8:30 a.m. in the 19600 block of West Sherman Way. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, two vehicles collided in the area for unknown reasons.
 
First responders found two people trapped in the wreckage.
 
Zambrano, 19, suffered multiple injuries and died in the crash, according to the county Medical Examiner’s Office.
 
The condition of the other trapped victim was not immediately available.
 
An LAFD statement said a person who attempted to help extricate the victims before firefighters arrived was taken to the hospital with a non-life- threatening injury.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
