2 Injured, 2-Car Accident at Downey Street and Limonite Avenue [Jurupa Valley, CA]

2 Hurt in 2-Vehicle Crash at Downey Street in Jurupa Valley

 
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (December 31, 2024) — Two people were injured in a 2-car accident at Downey Street and Limonite Avenue.
 
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the two-car crash happened around 10:00 a.m. Monday. For an unknown reason, two vehicles crashed at the intersection leaving two people with minor injuries.
 
Upon dispatch, firefighters found one person trapped and extricated the occupant before taking the individual to Riverside Community Hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the second car was taken to the same hospital with minor injuries, as well.
Due to the accident, officers blocked the intersection until noon to investigate.
 
If anyone has more information, contact the sheriff’s deputies.
