1 Person Dies After 2 Vehicles Crash on Ramsey Street in Banning
BANNING, CA (January 3, 2024) — One person died in a 2-car accident on Ramsey Street near Grandview Avenue Monday.
According to the Banning Police Department, the two-vehicle crash happened around 4:00 p.m. Upon responding to the 5200 block of West Ramsey Street, Banning Police found four vehicles involved in the accident, including two parked cars, neither of which was occupied.
It appears two cars crashed initially and ejected one driver who suffered life-threatening injuries. The individual passed away moments later at the scene. However, officials have not released the person’s name.
The other driver suffered unknown injuries and was taken to a hospital for care.
Following the accident, Banning Police did not say what led to the crash; however, an ongoing investigation should confirm the details.
