Adrian Quiroz Killed in Traffic Accident on Ellis Avenue [Perris, CA]

19-Year-Old Driver Dies after Crashing into Big Rig in Perris

 
PERRIS, CA (January 22, 2025) – Adrian Quiroz was killed in a traffic accident in Perris Friday evening on January 17.
 
The fatal accident happened just before 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of Ellis Avenue and Redlands Avenue. According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Quiroz was driving eastbound on Ellis Avenue when he lost control of his car and crashed into a parked tractor-trailer.
 
The impact caused Quiroz fatal injuries and he died at the scene. He was a 19-year-old Perris resident.
 
Meanwhile, the truck driver was in the cab of his big rig when the trailer was hit, but was not injured.
 
It was unknown if drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
 
Authorities asked witnesses of the crash to call the Perris Sheriff’s Station at 951-210-1000.
