Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Vehicle on North Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs

 
PALM SPRINGS, CA (February 17, 2025) – A man was hit and killed by a vehicle on North Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs Thursday night on February 13.
 
The fatal crash happened shortly before 6:00 p.m. at Yorba Road. According to the Palm Springs Police Department, the male pedestrian was walking in the area when an unknown vehicle struck him.
 
First responders found the man lying in the roadway.
 
Despite live-saving measures, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not yet identified.
 
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police.

An investigation into this fatality is ongoing. Police asked anyone with further information to contact them at 760-327-1441.
