OTAY MESA (March 4, 2025) – A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in an accident on Paseo de la Fuente, Saturday afternoon.

According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident happened on February 22, at about 3:35 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, an eastbound 2020 Yamaha Tenere 700 motorcycle crossed into the westbound lanes.

Then, he struck the curb, went up the sidewalk, and crashed into a dirt embankment.

As per reports, the 40-year-old motorcyclist suffered an open displaced fracture to the arm. He was later transported to a hospital for treatment.

San Diego police continue to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
