Two-Vehicle Crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Kills One Driver
MALIBU, CA (May 14, 2024) – One person died in a two-vehicle accident on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Tuesday afternoon on May 14.
The fatal accident happened around 2:00 p.m. just between Paradise Cove Road and Winding Way. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, a gray Honda Civic and a white van collided for unknown reasons.
When officers arrived, they located the Civic with serios front-end damage. The van had crashed on the side of the road.
One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver was transported to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.
At this time, the cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
