82-Year-Old Hurt in Desert Hot Springs Car Accident at Dillon Road
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA (January 19, 2021) — A driver suffered injuries in a car accident at Dillon Road and Via Quedo Monday morning.
The Desert Hot Springs police reported that the crash happened at about 11:20 a.m.
A Toyota Matrix was westbound on Dillon Road when it drifted into the eastbound lane. The car subsequently collided with an oncoming Chevy Silverado that was eastbound on the same road.
The 82-year-old driver of the Toyota, who is a resident of Rancho Cucamonga, sustained major injuries. Medical personnel took the driver to the hospital for treatment and further evaluation. No other injuries were reported.
