Naiomi Brown Dies in Car Accident on Whitelock Parkway near Franklin High Road

 
ELK GROVE, CA (February 23, 2021) — Naiomi Brown was killed in a car accident on Whitelock Parkway near Franklin High Road Monday morning.
 
According to police, the fatal crash took place around 4:55 a.m. For unknown reasons, a car carrying four people left Whitelock Parkway. As a result, the vehicle traveled off the road and crashed into a tree.
 
Due to the extreme force, the car split into two.
 
Shortly after, paramedics responded and extricated one person from the car, who subsequently died at the scene. The second fatal victim died moments later.
 
According to the coroner’s office, 18-year-old Naiomi Michelle Brown was among the fatal victims.
 
As police investigated, a team of paramedics transported a person with non-life-threatening injuries and another with critical injuries to a nearby hospital.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash remains unclear. However, anyone with information should contact the Elk Grove Police Department.
