Fatal Pedestrian and Train Accident on 16th Street in Merced
MERCED, CA (February 22, 2021) – A pedestrian died in a train accident on 16th Street on February 21.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at the intersection of V Street.
Based on a report, the woman was looking through binoculars near the tracks at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a train hit her.
