Man Dies in Dublin Pedestrian Crash on Dublin Boulevard

 
DUBLIN, CA (June 8, 2021) — A man died in a pedestrian accident on Dublin Boulevard near Hansen Drive Monday morning.
 
According to Dublin police officers, the fatal crash happened around 9:10 a.m. Under unknown circumstances, a driver in a Ford F-150 attempted a left turn onto eastbound Dublin Boulevard but struck the 66-year-old pedestrian.
 
At this point, officers have not confirmed if the victim was crossing northbound in a marked crosswalk.
 
Soon after, paramedics arrived and attempted life-saving measures. However, the man, who remains unidentified, died at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver stayed around and cooperated with police investigators.
