One Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident on Otero Way near Arena Drive [Ramona, CA]

Fatal Two-Vehicle Accident on Otero Way in Ramona

 
RAMONA, CA (June 14, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Otero Way in Ramona Sunday evening.
 
The fatal accident happened around 7:20 p.m. on June 13, near Arena Drive. According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided in the area in unclear circumstances. The impact caused one of the cars to overturn.
 
Paramedics responded and found two patients, at least of them died at the scene. The condition of the other victim was unknown.
 
At this time, CHP officials are still trying to determine whether speed, drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. An investigation is ongoing.
