One Dead in Pearblossom Head-On Crash on Highway 138
PEARBLOSSOM, CA (August 11, 2021) — One person died in a head-on accident on Highway 138 at Longview Road Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal two-vehicle crash happened around 4:56 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, a red sedan and a white sedan collided head-on.
As a result of the accident, one person suffered major injuries and died. Soon after, CHP officers responded and issued a Sigalert at 5:42 a.m. and closed the east and westbound lanes.
At this time, authorities haven’t confirmed the ultimate cause. However, if anyone would like to help the authorities with this crash, please contact the CHP.
