13-Year-Old Girl Dies in Bicycle Crash near Center Street
STOCKTON, CA (October 6, 2021) — A 13-year-old girl died in a bicycle accident near Center Street and Acacia Street Monday night.
According to reports, the fatal crash happened around 10:30 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck the 13-year-old girl, who was riding her bicycle at the time.
As a result, the teen suffered significant injuries and died shortly after, as confirmed by emergency personnel. Meanwhile, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, who say DUI did not play a role.
