MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (October 5, 2021) – Two people sustained injuries after a car crashed into a pole on Grant Road, late Monday afternoon.
According to the Mountain View Police Department, the incident happened on October 4, at about 4:36 p.m. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle crashed into a traffic light pole in the area of Grant Road and El Camino Real.
Emergency crews transported two people to a hospital with unspecified injuries. Authorities did not release the conditions of the victims.
Responders temporarily closed the southbound lanes of El Camino Real and Grant Road to make way for traffic light repairs and clearing operations.
