7 People Hurt after Car Crashes into 7-Eleven on 14th Street
SAN LEANDRO, CA (October 5, 2021) — Seven people face minor to major injuries after a car crashes into a 7-Eleven on 14th Street and 135th Avenue Sunday afternoon.
According to reports, the crash happened around 4:17 p.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in a sedan was reversing into a parking lot when it struck a parked vehicle. Subsequently, the driver accelerated forward and partly crashed through the front entrance of a 7-Eleven.
As a result, seven people suffered minor to serious non-life-threatening injuries. Paramedics responded shortly after and tended to the victims while authorities examined the driver and released her.
This time, the crash requires additional investigation. However, any witnesses with information should contact the San Leandro police.
