Hit-and-Run Crash on North Sanborn Road in Salinas Leaves Bicyclist with Major Injuries
SALINAS, CA (October 6, 2021) – A bicyclist suffered serious injuries in a hit-and-run crash on North Sanborn Road in Salinas Friday evening.
The accident happened around 7:30 p.m. on October 1, near Circle Drive. According to the CHP, a black Honda struck the bicyclist at 400 block of North Sanborn Road. After hitting the victim, the driver fled the scene, leaving the victim with major injuries.
Paramedics took the bicyclist to a hospital in an unknown condition.
At this time, the hit-and-run suspect remains at large.
