Juan Garibay Detained in DUI Accident on Highway 29 at Highway 12

 
NAPA, CA (October 7, 2021)Juan Garibay faces charges in a DUI crash on Highway 29 at Highway 12 Saturday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-car crash happened around 10:45 p.m. For DUI reasons, Juan Pablo Garibay rear-ended a Mercedes-Benz C250 at an unsafe speed while heading southbound. Due to the force of his Nissan Pathfinder hitting the Mercedes, the Mercedes struck a Toyota Camry.
 
Shortly after, emergency personnel took two people inside the Mercedes to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center with minor injuries. Meanwhile, the man operating the Toyota was unharmed.
 
At this time, officers have arrested 20-year-old Garibay of Manteca on DUI. However, if any witnesses have more to add to this crash, please contact the authorities.
