One Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident on 5 Freeway at Gale Avenue [Fresno County, CA]

Evening Two-Vehicle Accident on 5 Freeway at Gale Avenue Turns Deadly

 
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (October 31, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle accident on 5 Freeway in Fresno County Saturday evening.
 
The accident happened around 8:15 p.m. on October 30, at the intersection with Gale Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons. The impact sent of one of them into 20 feet small embankment.
 
Paramedics rendered life-saving aid, but at least one patient died at the scene.
 
The identity of the victim wad not immediately available. It also unclear if there are other injuries sustained in the crash.
 
At this time, CHP officials are still investigating the accident.
