Alberto Hernandez Dies in Accident with Trash Truck on Soledad Canyon Road near Galeton Avenue
CANYON COUNTRY, CA (August 13, 2024) — Alberto Hernandez died in an accident with a trash truck on Soledad Canyon Road near Galeton Avenue.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the deadly two-vehicle crash happened around 7:59 a.m. Friday. Under unclear circumstances, a Honda sedan carrying 21-year-old Hernandez and an unidentified occupant collided with a Burrtec trash truck.
Subsequently, authorities responded to find the Honda partially wedged underneath the garbage truck and two possible trapped occupants.
Paramedics rushed one person to a hospital in an unknown condition and confirmed Hernandez deceased on arrival.
