At Least 1 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 99 in Sacramento

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (October 25, 2024) — At least one person suffered a minor injury in a multi-car accident on Highway 99 near Fruitridge Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-vehicle crash happened around 8:32 a.m. Monday. For an unknown reason, at least two cars crashed in Sacramento South Oak Park neighborhood. Subsequently, CHP officers arrived along the southbound highway, north of the Fruitridge Road off-ramp.
Police did not specify what led to the accident but did confirm at least one person with minor injuries.
