OCEANSIDE, CA (October 19, 2021) — An officer suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle accident on South Coast Highway near Oceanside Boulevard Monday afternoon.
 
According to Oceanside police, the two-vehicle accident happened around 3:00 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a Mustang collided with an officer riding a motorcycle. Soon after, paramedics brought the officer to Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla with serious injuries.
