SACRAMENTO, CA (July 23, 2024) — At least one person was injured in a 2-car accident on Highway 51 near the E Street on-ramp.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-car crash happened around 6:45 a.m. Monday. For an unknown reason, two vehicles crashed on Highway 51 North. Subsequently, paramedics responded to find two vehicles involved in a possible minor injury.
 
Traffic detectives did not say what led to the accident, but they will investigate this crash further to identify the cause.
