Raymond Lavalle Dies in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Cedardale Drive near Telegraph Road

 
SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA (October 4, 2024) — Raymond Lavalle died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Cedardale Drive near Telegraph Road.
 
The police said the man might have been struck by a driver who left the scene. Upon responding to the 9900 block of Cedardale Drive around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, they found the victim lying near the driveway entrance to the San Gabriel River Trail. It appears the victim had serious injuries to his chest and cuts to his body. He died shortly after at the scene.
 
Authorities identified the victim as 49-year-old Raymond Ralph Lavalle who lived near the riverbed.
