Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Car on Cordelia Road in Fairfield on Christmas Eve
FAIRFIELD, CA (December 30, 2024) – A man was killed in a pedestrian accident on Cordelia Road in Fairfield Tuesday afternoon on December 24.
The fatal accident happened around 4:00 p.m. just east of Lopes Road. According to the Fairfield Police Department, the male pedestrian was walking in the area when a vehicle struck him.
The impact caused the man fatal injuries and he died at the scene.
At this time, the identity of the victim was not immediately available.
The driver involved stayed on scene and cooperated with police.
