Three Killed in Traffic Accident on 91 Freeway near Valley View Street [Buena Park, CA]

Tractor Truck Hits Disabled Pickup Truck on 91 Freeway in Buena Park Killing 3 People Inside

 
BUENA PARK, CA (February 9, 2025) – Three people were killed in a traffic accident on 91 Freeway in Buena Park early Friday morning on February 7.
 
The fatal accident happened around 3:53 a.m. on the eastbound lanes of the freeway near Valley View Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, a pickup truck carrying the three victims was disabled on the eastbound lanes after it spun out and crashed for unknown reasons.
 
While disabled in the middle of the lanes, a tractor truck struck the vehicle.
 
As a result, all three adults inside the pickup were pronounced dead at the scene.
 
The identities of the victims were not immediately available.
 
It was unclear if speed or rain were contributing factors in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
